i really like this one. the charts you provided were really helpful. can you give more detail as to how you came up with the $6k for Houston? was that using more than one site or just one (sorry, i bet you talked about this in the video!)
So we used our own experiences in Houston (real estate listings, how much we spend going out, etc.). We also used real estate listings in each city we chose to help make sure that we were comparing apples to apples!
